Growing Notes

Direct sow outdoors 4–6 weeks before last frost or in late summer for fall harvest. Sow seeds ½ inch deep, 2–3 inches apart, in rows 12–18 inches apart. Thin to 3–4 inches. Full sun to part shade. Keep soil consistently moist. Cover roots with soil to maintain best white color. Harvest at 50 days or leave to grow larger — Albino stays sweet and non-bitter even at full size.
