Mizuna Red Leaf, Heirloom Seeds β€” The Cold-Hardy Japanese Mustard That Sweetens in Cool Weather

Mizuna Red Leaf (Brassica juncea) brings the best of Japanese mustard greens in a striking red-purple package. Serrated, deeply cut leaves in red-purple tones deliver a spicy flavor that is an excellent addition to salads, soups, and stir-fries β€” and cold weather sweetens and deepens both the flavor and the color, making this a standout choice for early spring and fall gardens. An outstanding microgreen with beautiful color and strong flavor. Easy to grow and fast to harvest: baby greens in 30 days, full maturity at 45 days.
