The roughly 2 feet tall plants produce 4-lobed peppers with purple skin and lime-green flesh within. They have a mildly sweet flavor with a crisp texture and are delicious raw or cooked. Start seeds indoors in the early spring. Transplant seedlings into pots and grow until there are 6 good leaves on the plant. Plant 30” apart in soil or into 5-gallon buckets. Harvest peppers when they are full-sized and purple. Germination: 7 - 21 days (75 days)
