Growing Notes

Direct sow outdoors in early spring or fall. Scatter seeds thickly and cover lightly with ⅛ inch of soil. Full sun to part shade. Keep soil consistently moist. Cut when plants reach 3–4 inches for baby greens, or allow some to develop fully for salad variety. Make succession plantings every 2–3 weeks for continuous harvest. 35–70 days depending on variety and harvest stage.
