Green Wave Mustard (Brassica juncea) is the long-standing American favorite — a dark green, deeply fringed, curly-leaved mustard that grows up to two feet tall and stands weeks longer than other varieties before bolting. More heat tolerant than most mustard greens, Green Wave can even be grown in mid-summer when other cool-season greens have given up. Growing Notes
