Azoychka is a stunning yellow open-pollinated beefsteak heirloom tomato. This rare and highly productive Russian heirloom variety produces regular leaf plants that yield smooth, 3-4 inch yellow-orange tomatoes with a sweet citrus flavor. Notably, it has a higher acid balance compared to most yellow tomatoes, resulting in a taste that is unique among its peers. You can expect to harvest a large quantity of these 3-inch yellow fruits, each weighing between 8 and 12 ounces. They make an excellent choice for sandwiches or can be enjoyed simply with a sprinkle of salt or added to salads.
