Emerald Giant Sweet Bell Pepper is a huge pepper selected for heavy yields and large, robust plant structures to support many peppers. Emerald Giant was developed in 1963. Fruits are emerald green, thick-walled, and very sweet, 4 ½" long by 3 ½" wide. Peppers have thick walls and turn from dark green to red when they mature. Peppers are very sweet and have more vitamin C than other peppers. Excellent for salads, stuffing, or baking. I will bear all season. 74 days. Open Pollinated.
