Cal Rose Red Sweet Peppers are bulky pimento-type peppers with a sweet taste. Each one has four lobes and thick walls with tender flesh. Skin matures from green to rose red. Plants are 24" tall with dense green foliage. Sow seeds Indoors and transplant them in the spring in full sun. Harvest peppers when they reach mature color. Use these peppers for stuffing, grilling, and salads. 75 to 85 days to maturity.
