Epazote

Epazote is a culinary herb used in Southern Mexico and Guatemala, also known as wormseed, Jesuit's tea, or Mexican tea. Praised for its strong, tangy flavor reminiscent of anise and citrus, it is commonly added to bean dishes to reduce flatulence. This vigorous herb can be planted directly in full sun and does not require indoor starts.
